The 30-Minute Run Workouts You Should Be Doing

I love running for one major reason: a 30-minute run workout is totally valid as a workout for the day! In so many ways, running is a lot easier than cycling in terms of training hard on limited time, but I still know a lot of people who won’t go out for 30 minute runs because it doesn’t feel like enough time to get in any real work. NOT THE CASE, MY FRIENDS. Over on MapMyRun, I talk about a few easy ways to take 30 free minutes and turn them into a brutal / beneficial / rejuvenating workout that  will keep you on track towards your goals, even if you were hoping to get in 90 minutes but had to settle for a quick half-hour.
