LOVED the Q&A episode of The Consummate Athlete Podcast that we did last week—the last question about healthy vacations is always a favorite for me. I found talking about male versus female sports nutrition was a really interesting jumping off point for us, because while we get into the differences, we also talk about the fact that most of us aren’t quite at the point of worrying about those differences versus worrying about fueling adequately, timing our food intelligently and making smart decisions around fuel for training. (And yes, one of the major mistakes that many of us make, myself DEFINITELY included, is not fueling our workouts, but eating a ton well after the refueling window has closed.)
