You guys know how much I admire nutrition and fitness expert Stacy Sims. She’s been CRUSHING it in research around women-in-sport-specific issues, from hydration to hormone health and everything in between. Her recent book ROAR was one of the most comprehensive guides to being a female athlete that I’ve ever read. So, of course, we wanted to have her on the Consummate Athlete Podcast.
