Fasted running is a hot-button issue. On one hand, it may be beneficial… but not really for fat-loss. It’s about utilizing fat stores, but not the way you may think. And doing it right can be seriously challenging, in that it’s hard to go easy enough for it to work well, especially if you’re a new runner.
