I loved having Lori Nedescu, RD and pro cyclist, on the Consummate Athlete Podcast back in January so much that we decided we needed to have her back on to talk all things nutrition as we get into the racing season for most of us endurance athletes… And I really wanted to hit one controversial topic: Racing weight. Does it matter, how do we get to it without jeopardizing our season, and what are common myths and misconceptions surrounding it?
