On The Art of Adventure Podcast Talking “The Sponsorship Guide for Athletes”, Influencers, and Entrepreneurs
I got to have a bit of a flashback a few weeks ago when I hopped on a call with Derek Loudermilk of The Art of Adventure Podcast to talk about my newest book, “The Athlete’s Guide to Sponsorship.” Derek and I talked first back in 2014 (my first ever podcast interview) about my nomadic lifestyle and I’m pretty sure even back then, I was lying about ‘things being about to calm down.’ Hilarious / I’m such a liar. This time around, I’ve admitted things are unlikely to calm down (though I am increasingly attracted to ‘slow living’), and instead of talking all about my life, I talked about some of the most important things I learned from people a lot smarter than me about the whole question of how (and why) to get sponsored. It’s a fun chat!

Really stoked to be on @derekloudermilk awesome @artofadventurepodcast for the second time to talk about my latest book, The Athlete’s Guide to Sponsorship—and had both a cringe-y moment and a nostalgic one looking back at the first time I was on his podcast in 2014—my first podcast interview ever! Check out the episode on iTunes or wherever you listen to podcasts for a different take on what I’ve been up to with this book! (Note that 2014 to now, the Moots remains constant. Talk about long lasting!)
