Last week on The Consummate Athlete Podcast, we answered all kinds of nutrition questions with Registered Dietitian and Fly Nutrition owner Kylee Van Horn. Kylee is one of those people who just felt like an instant friend—and because of that, she and I get really, really real about some food stuff pretty quick. We talk about nutrition basics for runners and endurance athletes, but also get into things like gut distress on the run, how to look at (and if you should consider) an elimination diet, things she wishes people would *not* do when it comes to nutrition and so much more. I love that this was a solid combination of the basic nutrition advice we all need to rehear, but she was also willing to go into some of the more nuanced issues like supplement usage.
