New Years Resolutions, Healthy Holidays, Backpack Packing & More in This Consummate Athlete Podcast Episode
I love talking resolutions and healthy holiday habits. Maybe it’s because we travel so much, so I consider healthy holidays right in my wheelhouse… And when you’re always traveling and seeing new places and meeting new people, the healthy habits we talk about for the holidays are always applicable. So, this was a super fun one to record! We also touch on race-day jitters, when to invest in a triathlon bike, and some of our favorite 2017 episodes, gear and books.
