Last week, we brought back the amazing Brave Athlete author and sports psych Simon Marshall to talk all about how our brains work when it comes to motivating ourselves to get out and do our training… we also added our own two cents, from Peter’s coaching and my own coaching and phases of workout ennui to add in some physical tips and signs as well as getting into the nitty gritty of tricking our brains into harnessing our inner badass. As always, Simon is one of my all-time favorite guests, so I LOVE this episode!
