Lori Nedescu — formerly Cadence Kitchen, now Hungry for Results — has been one of those humans who’s on the top of my want-to-interview list for a while: I love someone who can combine actual nutritional expertise (she’s an RD!) with really fun, practical, gorgeous content on her website and her social media. So, when I was working on the diet resolutions article for Outside magazine, we decided it was the perfect time to also record a podcast about Lori’s journeys in nutrition, pro cycling, the #nomadlife and how she balances all of it.
