In this week’s episode of The Consummate Athlete Podcast, we’re back and answering some listener questions! We dive into if you’re an athlete considering the ketogenic/keto diet, things you should keep in mind. I ask Peter how I can figure out if I’m legit tired/fatigued or just lazy. We talk about how we would sneak in training if we were working office jobs in the city, and what to do if you miss a day of training… or a few days of training! And I talk all about the saddle I use (spoiler alert: I talk about the many reasons I *don’t* usually tell people what saddle I use because there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer!). It’s a fun episode (they always are, obviously, but this one got goofier than usual with some makeout jokes.)
