This was a fun episode to do, since so many of the questions were just a little different than the usual. Like, did you notice in the title it talks about HOW TO FALL instead of how NOT to fall? Yep, that’s on purpose. And while I’m not keen on indoor training when I can help it, hence picking up XC skiing when I started spending more and more time in Canada, I know for a lot of people, that’s the only winter option. So talking through how to structure a week so you’re actually making improvements was fun! And the other tough question: a 50K running race on Saturday plus a 100 mile gravel bike race on Sunday. A) Sign me up, and B) holy crap fueling for that is a huge task! Always interesting to talk through something that’s clearly going to be a bucket list item for me…
