I was really excited to have Precision Hydration’s founder Andy Blow on The Consummate Athlete Podcast because, well, he’s a consummate athlete! I love that he started kayaking after getting injured and not being able to do the usual running and foot-heavy sports that he was doing—such a smart move. But he started Precision Hydration largely because he was dealing with cramping issues, and that is something I really, really understand—I still have inexplicable cramping problems every so often, so anytime I meet an expert on the topic, I am all ears. I think this is a great ‘something for everyone’ episode, so definitely give it a listen!
