Elite Runners on How to Come Back from an Injury (and Avoiding Re-Injury!)

Considering the minor knee injury that I’ve been dealing with for the last couple of months, writing this article on how elite runners deal with injury came at a perfect time. I’m lucky that riding bikes feels totally fine on my knee, so I’ve been able to maintain an endurance base, but I really miss running. Still, I’m trying to come back slow and steady with some one minute on, one minute off running and fingers crossed, I’ll be OK this week to start running and building my base for running back. But in the meantime, if you’re dealing with any kind of running injury, check out the advice of some crazy-smart runners and PTs!
