How Daily Yoga Changed this Runner’s Running (and Life)
You guys know I’ve been doing yoga every. single. morning. for three years now—but in October, I decided to 100X that for the month and see what happened. I’ve been tossing around the idea of doing yoga teacher training for a couple of years now, and finally, I wanted to see if after a month of doing yoga classes on the daily, I was still into it. Spoiler alert: I’m starting training this spring.
Luckily, MapMyRun was up for me self-experimenting in the name of journalism. It was a massive success for me both physically and mentally, taking the time every day to add between 30 and 60 minutes of yoga.
