Molly often hosts training and nutrition talks, or hosts “Ladies Night” talks at bike shops and to cycling clubs for women to have an open forum to chat about everything from periods and cramping to in-ride nutrition in a safe, fun space. Cycling coach Peter Glassford (Molly’s husband) and Molly have traveled extensively around North America giving their “Becoming the Consummate Athlete” talk at different studies, bike shops, book stores, libraries and athletic retailers.
Talk topics have ranged from training tips for busy people, advice on increasing strength and endurance, a movement-based approach to fitness and life, sports and general nutrition, and cycling-specific advice that, frankly, you can’t get anywhere else. Talks get loud, they get funny, and they get seriously insightful—and no crowd is too big or too small.
(Even if we can’t fit an in-person chat into our schedule because of travel (though we try to get all over the world!), doing a remote talk via Skype or web conferencing software is also a possibility, and it can work great! You can read about one of the remote conferences here.)
Molly and Peter also host single or multi-day cycling skills clinics for mountain biking and cyclocross, for unisex or women’s-only groups, so if you’re interested in improving your club or team’s cycling skills, or want to host something through your local bike shop, get in touch!

About a few talks we’ve done:
“I’ve worked with Molly on two different events, one at Rapha NY and one at Rapha DC. She’s incredibly engaging and a natural host, sharing information on training, nutrition, comfort on the bike, and pretty much any other bike related topic you can think of, in a constructive and positive way. Between the two events, it’s been amazing to see her tailor the presentation to the very different crowds we’ve had for each, making the talks feel custom-fit for each audience we had.” -Ed Nessen, Rapha Cycling Club D.C. Coordinator
“Molly and Peter are a great speaking duo. Molly is very well-researched and her manner of speaking is honest, funny, and easy to grasp. She is well-versed in a variety of topics and easy to talk to about the most sensitive of them!” -Mia Moore at The Edge Athlete Lounge
“Molly is a fantastic presenter, even from 4000 miles away, she was able to really connect with the audience of my women’s coaching conference.” -Chantal Thompson, HP Coordinator and Special Projects Coach at the Ontario Cycling Association
“Molly and Peter have extensively researched and studied all aspects of cycling. With their connections to professional cyclists, doctors, nutritionists, and personal education and knowledge of cycling and the human body, they are up on the latest fads, trends, and they know what works. They are also very interested and focused on offering advice and tips to people who have busy lives and who are juggling life along with their cycling. Everyone was very impressed by the knowledge Molly and Peter presented throughout their talk. They could field questions ranging from taking magnesium to how to perform well on the weekend group ride. I have heard quite a few VERY positive comments about your talk from people who know a lot about cycling and were raving about you both. Molly and Peter went far beyond the obvious good advice and offered data and science-backed information that every cyclist from beginner to very experienced can take and apply to their riding right away.” —Patria Lanfranchi, Co-Owner & Curator at the Ride Studio Cafe
