A Quick Guide to Training as a Couple on The Consummate Athlete Podcast
Last week on The Consummate Athlete Podcast, we talked all about Couples Training, Gut-Training, and Indoor vs. Outdoor Hours. The bulk of the episode was about how to train as a couple, on a few different levels: how to train for the same event, how to train together when you’re at different fitness levels, and how to balance all of it without being moved to tears on a regular basis. Obviously, this is something that Peter and I have had to learn over the last few years, so we’ve been through it all, from racing totally different disciplines to training and racing Ironman together… and it gets tough!
