7 Reasons Why You Need to Walk More
Everyone knows by now that I am walking obsessed, whether I’m doing a grocery trip at home or exploring a new place. In London, we walked 20 miles in one day in order to do a super-fast ‘take in everything’ tour of the city, and most days, Peter and I try to find time to walk together either for an errand or just for a brainstorming session. I genuinely believe that pretty much everyone could benefit physically, mentally and emotionally from adding just 30 minutes of walking to their day. Nothing crazy, just steps.
