I’ve been really enjoying Q&A episodes on The Consummate Athlete Podcast. The questions are rad (and I’d love to hear yours!) and it’s just fun to have an hour to talk business and fitness with Peter. This one is particularly fun since I get asked about cramping and DOMS at almost every talk that I do, and Peter could happily talk sweet potatoes all day.
