This was a really fun piece to do for MapMyRun because, between you and me, it really cleaned up my core routine a bit. (I have the tendency to sort of crunch my way through an episode of Parks and Rec rather than doing actual, good-for-my-core exercises.) I don’t do a ton of strength training right now, only because with Ironman stuff, my hours are already pretty high, but I do make time to do this set a couple times a week. It’s easy: you just need a couple of dumbbells to add a bit of challenge (but you could do it totally sans weights!). Check it out and let me know what you think!
