From the day we decided to start the Consummate Athlete Podcast and started a list of guests we would want to have on the show, I knew I wanted Mo Bruno Roy to be featured! She covers all the bases: she’s a consummate athlete herself, between her running, cyclocross, yoga and even ultimate frisbee background. She teaches yoga and is amazing at talking about the classes she instructs. And as a former pro cyclocrosser who’s career spanned 12 years with over 300 races, she knows what it’s like to be at the pinnacle of her sport. She’s also featured in two of my books—Mud, Snow and Cyclocross and Fuel Your Ride, where she talks about maintaining a healthy vegan lifestyle as a pro. Also, she is one of the nicest humans you will ever meet.

So, enjoy this episode: it’s super conversational, which I’ve been really enjoying lately, but it’s also completely jam-packed with actionable tips on pretty much every topic. Hope you like it!
