XC Skiing, XC MTB, and Bonus Healthy Habit Episode: New Consummate Athlete Podcasts Are Out!
This week had two episodes of the Consummate Athlete Podcast, because with the New Year kicking off, we wanted to give you guys a bonus episode that focused on some of the healthy habits that are either part of your resolutions, or will help you achieve those resolutions. But first, we wanted to feature the awesome Jenn Jackson, an XC skier turned XC mountain biker. We go into both sports, but also some sports psychology and injury recovery tips and tricks. It was super cool to talk to such a young racer who, despite being 21, is more level-headed than a lot of the people that I know who’ve been racing for years!
