I freaking love doing these Q&A episodes of the Consummate Athlete Podcast, and this one had a ton of great questions for Peter and I got get through. Questions included: Is Foam Rolling Still Cool? Should We Do Balance Exercises? Can I Skip Low Cadence? How Can I Go from LONG to REALLY LONG RACES? How Should I MTB When I Can’t MTB? Should You Do Early Races?

So many great topics—hitting all of our areas of expertise, from nutrition and saddle comfort (me!) to coaching MTB and strength skills (Peter!). Super fun morning for us—and since we hit it right after I did a Sunrise Yoga session, I was pumped, though I tried really hard to not get super peppy the whole time, to avoid driving Peter insane. We’ve already gotten a ton of good feedback on this one, so if you’re getting ready for summer racing, I highly recommend checking this one out for some stellar advice.
