A Brilliant, No-Fail Approach to Resolutions… Starting NOW!
You all know that I freaking love resolutions… back to school, new years, any of those cliched times to set new goals and reflect on the year are my favorites. But I also know that those times are actually kind of the worst times to set new goals for yourself—the odds of follow-through are pretty stacked against you. Think about New Years, for example: the gyms are crazy crowded, and while hearing friends talk about their resolutions is motivating, it also can be too many cooks in the kitchen in some ways. You know, everyone is trying to lose 10 pounds or run a marathon or whatever, and your goals get lost in the shuffle. So… why not start now? Over at MapMyRun, I talked about a pretty sure-fire way to make sure you hit the new year running (literally, in this case, but it can work with any goal!). There are a ton of reasons why, and even if you already get what I’m saying here, I would highly recommend checking out this list and advice!
